IMSPP stands for the Innovation Management Standardization Partnership Program. It is an international project aimed at promoting, implementing, validating, and advancing the ISO 56000 Innovation Management International Standard series through systematic and digital methods. IMSPP consists of a series of projects related to innovation management, which are dynamically managed. New projects are continuously added based on development needs, with the understanding of the innovation management standardization ecosystem. These projects are open to all stakeholders in innovation management, including professionals, innovation organizations, innovation management service institutes, academic research institutions, and government agencies involved in innovation management. The operating principles of IMSPP are oriented to the needs of innovation organization, with projects as units, and the development and revision of ISO/TC 279 standards as the core. It gives full play to the capabilities and advantages of ISO/TC 279 standard development experts to promote the understanding, popularization and use of international standards on innovation management by relevant parties.

Beijing Guozhihe Innovation and Intellectual Property Academy is a permanent institution focused on the development and promotion of international standards series on innovation management and intellectual property. It’s a non-profit organization. The institute has established a global research team across various fields, including innovation management, intellectual property management, standardization, and appraisal. Through systematic research on the standardization implementation of innovation management and intellectual property management, international collaboration, and the development of long-term strategies and measures, it aims to enhance the innovation capabilities of organizations in China.In August 2023, the Comprehensive Service Platform for Standards Promotion and Application of SAC/TC 554, operated by Beijing Guozhihe, was recognized by the National Intellectual Property Administration of China as a functional platform for tool support within the national intellectual property operation service platform system.
