Guozhihe Innovation and Intellectual Property Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Guozhihe") is a social organization focusing on innovation management and the formulation and implementation of a series of international standards on intellectual property. In order to further strengthen the academic research on innovation management standards, make the innovation behavior more consistent with the innovation law, effectively improve the innovation efficiency, and promote the maximization of the value of innovation achievements. In conjunction with ISO/TC279, Guozhihe has set up an innovation management open fund project. The Open ended Fund project for 2022 is now released, and domestic and foreign researchers in relevant fields are warmly welcomed and invited to carry out cooperative research.
1. Applicant qualification:
(1) The applicant has a good research foundation and academic ethics;
(2) Applicants are generally required to have intermediate or above technical title (or doctor’s degree);
(3) The applicant has at least 3 years of working experience in intellectual property or innovation management related fields.
2. Research period: the research period of open subject is one year.
3. Fund amount: $2000/direction
4. The research results of the Open ended Fund funded projects are shared by the China Union and the researchers’ units. The copyright and right of use of the scientific and technological report produced by the research shall be jointly owned by the state. The copyright of works shall be jointly owned by Guozhihe and the applicant, and the copyright of academic papers shall be owned by the applicant.
5. The applicant can apply for closing only after completing the following assessment indicators:
(1) Publish 1 paper in important journals in relevant fields with project content, and indicate the support of Guozhihe.
(2) 1 project outcome report.
(3) Participate in the International Forum on Innovation Management and Intellectual Property Rights, and give an academic speech or lecture once.
