Innovation Management Talent Developing Plan
Innovation Management Simulation Training
Introduction
In 2019, the international standard ISO 56002: 2019 Innovation Management - Innovation Management System - Guidance was officially published, aiming to provide assistance to organizations that want to establish an innovation management system. Participants will experience the role of innovation management in improving innovation efficiency and effectiveness by improving the main indicators of the innovation management system-the ability to generate ideas, move projects forward, maximize value creation and develop resilience.
Review
After the simulation training, the facilitator will lead the participants to conduct a review, sorting out the advantages and disadvantages of each operation, organizing the training team to share the group experience, and guiding the participants to summarize the training gains.
Interpretation
