The IMSPP Innovation Management Talent Developing Plan is a part of IMSPP (Innovation Management Standardization Partnership Program) aimed at cultivating innovation management talent for innovative organizations or service providers, based on ISO 56002 and ISO 56005 training courses. The objectives are: 1) to train talents with knowledge of innovation management theory and related standards, and 2) to train talents for enterprise to implement innovation management in daily work. The plan includes: 1) the development and promotion of talent training courses, and 2) the initiation of a talent competency certification project.
